PAUL McCARTNEY: IN THE WORLD TONIGHT OFFERS AN INTIMATE LOOK AT THE LEGENDARY ROCKER DURING THE MAKING OF FLAMING PIE, HIS FIRST SOLO ALBUM IN FOUR YEARS

Rhino Home Video Will Release The Companion Video to McCartney's Recent Best-Selling Album on November 18

LOS ANGELES -- The world knows two Paul McCartneys -- the legend and the man. History tells the legend, but Paul McCartney: In the World Tonight reveals the man for the first time. This human and humorous study intimately captures him offbeat, at work and ease, as he makes his acclaimed solo album, Flaming Pie, which marks the first album released by a Beatle since The Beatles Anthology. Rhino Home Video will debut this incredible portrait of a musical innovator, the genius behind the Beatles and Wings, on November 18 for a suggested retail price of $19.98.

Paul McCartney: In the World Tonight, puts you in his world, in the studio during the recording of Flaming Pie, which to date has sold over 500,000 units in the United States. In the World Tonight features new, original songs and music videos including World Tonight, Little Willow, Oobu Joobu, Beautiful Night, and Calico Skies, among others. Also captured on tape, in interviews and musical performances, are wife Linda McCartney and rock impresarios Ringo Starr, Steve Miller, Jeff Lynne and George Martin. McCartney says he was "inspired in the making of Flaming Pie by The Anthology, which reminded him of the song writing standards and the fun of The Beatles." All the fun was captured in this revealing rockumentary by Grammy Award-winning Beatles Anthology director Geoff Wonfor.
