Happy Birthday, Dear Gatemouth
Ahoy, Rotterdam - April 18, 1995 - CD-R2 - Aud 6

Comments: Typical "Blues Tour" setlist. No individual track markers on CD. "Gatemouth" Brown guests on guitar on "Sweet Home Chicago" - it was his birthday. Recorded right off the PA stack, sound is crisp and clear, and just a tad "flat" from the PA, but very listenable. Nice performance, really capped by a blistering rendition of "Sinner's Prayer". "Someday After a While" is also a standout track, rather than launching into the song with a flurry of notes, EC comes in sweetly and quietly, builing to a crescendo. Recommended.
