Filmed from the balcony across from the stage and from slightly stage left, this audience filmed footage gives a great perspective on a hot performance. Sound and picture are good and watchable, and the performing to an enthusiastic New York crowd, the artists pull out all the stops. The majority of Vai's set is missing, but Eric Johnson's and Joe Satriani's sets are presented in their entirety. Late in Satriani's set, occasional audio problems pop up which detract from the enjoyment, but the performances are so good they can be overlooked. Special mention goes to bass legend Stu Hamm's solo in Satriani's set, which has to be seen to be beleived! All the performers pull out the stops for the encores, this one's a blast to watch and a Geetarz favorite. Recommended.
