Me too.
The .mp3 format is really nothing more than a compression scheme
(approximately 11:1 compared to the normal .wav file format). It works well,
but when decompressed for play there is--inevitably--some digital
information from the original .wav file that is NEVER recovered.

I'm sure Mid-Valley just captured it from the NHK TV HDTV Broadcast and
pressed cd's from that.
Nothing could be easier unless you had access to the master audio source!
