Ok, I've got the four lucky winners. If you don't get an answer from me
you're not one of them, sorry! But don't fear, the four should make it
available to the Digest again. Just watch out (like I'll do!) and try
again - good luck!

message: Whats the big deal about a guy wanting Eric's address?Maybe he wants to mail him a rare tape, write a nice letter to him, etc.Dont get me wrong fan obcession scares me.Every Dec 8th I think about John Lennon, and also the attempted murder of George Harrison.I would like to give an ultra rare Carl Perkins video I filmed to Paul McCartney for possible use in anyfuture tribute or documentary.I doubt I will ever get that accomplished, but I would like to contact Paul and so on. So please all you self righteous, paranoid fans dont be so critical of this guy wanting an address.I think you are over reacting!!! Unless someone knows this person is a psychotic nut,get off his back!!Leave things to Eric's security team and lets trade tapes instead of criticizing someone.

I would agree that weather may play and issue in various parts of the
country, relating to inside vs outdoor concerts. Here in Southern
California, between April 1st and December 1st, weather is almost never
an issue. Check how many times the Dodgers, Angels and Padre's get
rained out at home. There are at least 4 outdoor venues running
concerts from April until October, The Greek, The Hollywood Bowl and
Irvine Meadows and Blockbuster Amphitheater. Most of the concerts in
the Southern California area from April through October are actually
outdoors. I would probably guess the same for the Bay Area, as they
have outdoor amphitheater's in Mountain View, built by Bill Graham,
along with Amphitheaters at Berkeley and Stanford. I know in Boston the
weather would not be as reliable, and Seattle, and many other areas, but
here it works.
