As it seems as bit quiet on the list at the moment, I thought I'd make one
of my rare posts.

As I walked to work the other day I was listening to an EC sessions minidisc
that I put together. One of the tracks on this is Sheryl Crow's performance
of "Ordinary Morning" featuring EC taken from her "Live in London" Video.

Wow!!! Every time I hear this I am just blown away by EC's guitar work. For
me, his guitar on this track is comparable to the bluesbreakers work in that
his eagerness/cockiness and passion are all apparent every time he plays a
lick. Watching the video too is an experience - he's like a man possessed.
This has got to feature in my Top Ten of favourite EC guitar, along with the
Bob Dylan Tribute "Don't think Twice" (and 8 more which I can't be bothered
to start thinking about right now). How i wish I'd gone to these shows.

Obviously, the Sheryl Crow London shows were taped but this is the only song
officially released. Has anyone heard decent recordings of the other songs
performed? I've heard a boot of all the songs performed featuring EC but
they all sound pretty bad quality wise. I'd love to hear the others if
anyone's sitting on them out there.

Scott G

Thanks to Pat, I can now offer a copy for free of the
Woking show to the first 5 slowhanders from Europe.
