Amazing all the dollars flying around last night. Still, Blackie only fetched $850,000. "Only" ha. The Gibson $750,000. Auctioneer was pretty funny, one of the bidders was hesitant when bidding on one of the Martins, it was at $36k, Auctioneer says "it's only money sir", lol.He commented on the rarity of Townsends guitars since they usually don't make it through a concert. Saw Eric in a private viewing booth. At auctions end I saw him hug somebody, look like it could've been Lee. Then again, I bet Eric needed a lot of hugs last night! There was a nice applause from the crowd when they brought out Lenny.
